Some products in our store may be offered as subscriptions. This policy explains how customers can manage or cancel subscription purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the delivery frequency selected at the time of purchase.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and your payment method will be charged automatically for each scheduled renewal unless the subscription is canceled before the renewal payment is processed.

You may manage or cancel your subscription before the next renewal is processed by using the “Manage Subscription” link provided in your subscription or order confirmation emails. You may also contact us at support@trylumavia.com for assistance.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been created or a renewal payment that has already been processed. Any request relating to an order that has already been processed will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
